I might be moving this site back to a host like Freewebs sometime. This host has been going up and down like a Yo-Yo recently. New Beyblade Anime At one point I was thinking of expanding this site to cover more info about the new anime, however, I have had second thoughts: The Blitzkrieg Boys are what this site is about and I want to keep it that way. People still like these characters and don't want to see them overshadowed by the new generation characters. So sites like this are still here for those fans. Furthermore, there are better sites that are actively providing such information, one being my long-time affiliate Beyblade Spirit. GFX Refresh To stop this update being all talk and no content, I've added a few higher quality free avatars here. Interact with Kai I have an active Gaia Online account for cosplaying Kai Hiwatari and for adding a little interaction to this site. I just thought it was an interesting idea and adds a new dimension to keeping the community alive. 'Kai' is usually online GMT evening times and if you have a Gaia account he is free to answer any Beyblade-related questions. I still could, they just wouldn't look as good. Kai was just the easiest to make. I will continue to update this site with any information in future along with regular updates. -Kuznetsov 2nd March 2008 Kai's page is up, so I've finally completed the Blitzkrieg Boys's profile pages on the Portal site. The Season 1 gallery for Kai mostly contains pictures that aren't so well known. I wanted to add 'fresh' images so hopefully there will be at least one everyone hasn't seen before or at least wanted to see a good quality version of. I'm quite pleased how the write-up on the profile section turned out too. I will eventually try to add more quotes but he has more quotes than any character page on this site anyway... To visit Kai's new page click this image: -Kuznetsov 24th February 2008 I've been really busy this past week, but next weekend I'll hopefully have finished Kai's new page (his takes the longest for obvious reasons...) if not, I suppose I could do half of it and do the rest next week... I didn't want to leave this with no update though, so I made a new wallpaper which can be downloaded here. -Kuznetsov 9th February 2008 Portal Continuation 2 Still no DVD... They replied to my email saying 'there is a delay in your transaction'. No kidding. But, I've gone ahead and added Sergei's page regardless. You can view it here. Shout Out Special shout-out to anom and one Else who's helped point out suggestions or just offered comments about the new site. Corrections have been made to Bryan's page. I've added proper style sheets to each page to make the links easier to read. I also plan to add a section on each portal page about the Clans/fan club for each individual Blitzkreig Boy which you can join on the forums. You have to sign up to see the secret forum. -Kuznetsov 9th February 2008 Portal Continuation My DVD order is still 'processing', but I went ahead and added another Portal page anyway. Bryan's page is up here. I'll add more detail to the other pages as well once it arrives. -Kuznetsov 1st February 2008 Kuznetsov turned 21 this week and would like to spend this weekend catching up with things offline... As expected, my DVD didn't arrive yet, it's estimated at the latest for 11th February, so next week or the week after is when I can do another portal update. Good News I found a supplier of "Beyblade, Vol. 10: World Championships" which has the final few episodes of Series One. There are still copies left here: Amazon.com, Amazon.co.uk (warning: Region 1). (Click on New and Used for cheaper prices). This means I can add better content to the final Portal page sites. If it doesn't arrive by next weekend I'll just skip a week and update with something else while we're waiting. -Kuznetsov 20th January 2008 Portal Release The Portal site is now open. For now it just has one page for the chosen character. I will add a home page later. Click on the link on the top of the site to visit, or go through the link in the next part of the update. The Chosen One... Ivan is the character I chose first to have a page on the Portal Site. Here is the poll again. Please continue voting for who you want to see added: Portal Site Here is a preview of the final version of the character page. I'll release it next week and add the Blitzkrieg Boys's pages on it: It will also have a newly designed profile page of one of the Blitzkrieg Boys to start off with. This will have more detailed information that I mentioned in one of the archived updates. After this I will redesign one Blitzkreig Boys's profile page page per week. --- I will get around to re-designing the splash page and adding rollover buttons to the 2 at the top sometime too... -Kuznetsov 6th January 2008 Completion All content pages have been added to the menus and the images on this page refreshed therefore completing the layout change. I would just like to say everything you see as part of the layout was my own design. I used no tutorials or special programs to make it. Also, there is a new button available for linking to this site. Use if you wish: Graphical Poetry Some of my 'Graphical Poetry works' of the Blitzkrieg Boys can be viewed on this new page here. Portal Site The Portal site will be developed starting next week. This will include adding more detail and re-designing the Blitzkrieg Boys character pages and other pages suitable for the site. -Kuznetsov 1st January 2008 The new layout is up, hopefully you can see it. This can only mean one thing: I have started working on the new layout. You may see pages that have half of the current layout and half of the new one. This is normal...
